We reserve the right to verify your professional certifications and to remove any profile that contains inaccurate or misleading information.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (your profile, photos, bio). By submitting content, you grant AllenatoCon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.
The AllenatoCon name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AllenatoCon. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Some features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at billing@allenaticon.it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that trainers listed on the Service hold the qualifications they claim. While we make reasonable efforts to verify certifications, users engage trainers at their own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AllenatoCon SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllenatoCon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AllenatoCon's registered place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
